Overflow- If there is Strong demand for this tournament and we exceed 76 athletes we may open a secondary location-at Southern Tennis Club 1 Alta Parkway Mount Vernon up to 100 participants

If there is beyond 100 total participants will be a voluntary Saturday Opt In (not mandatory -Late afternoon 4-7pm matches sign up Info to follow if needed.

We may take up to 32 athletes per division.

Please Note: Our Draws close midweek and we work very hard to organize the tournament to the best of our ability.

*No Refunds will be given after selections are made. Draws maybe published the night of selections. If there is inclement weather forecast we may hold off selections until Wednesday Evening.

Concurrent Tournament Violation

If you are entered in overlapping tournaments you have violated the concurrent tournament rule. If you do not withdraw from our tournament or the other tournament you will be penalized by the Eastern office. If you are on our alternate list and you decide to play in another tournament you must withdraw from our tournament immediately.

Will my junior get in?

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 6?

The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.

When do we know?

Selections post after entries close (Sat, Oct 17, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
