DRAW FORMAT IS A COMPASSS DRAW, WHICH MEANS THAT THIS WILL BE AN ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT (east draw) AND THE WINNER MOVES ON. ALL PLAYERS WHO LOSE THEIR FIRST MAIN DRAW MATCH WILL BE PLACED INTO THE WEST DRAW. ALL PLAYERS WHO LOSE THEIR QF MATCH WILL BE PLACED INTO THE NORTH DRAW.

Default No-Show Policy
Players are expected to play all matches including main draw and consolation. It is mandatory to notify the tournament director in written communication (via email) that a player needs to withdraw. Failure to notify the Tournament Director via email will result in a “Default No-Show” and 5 suspension points per the USTA Suspension Point System (USTA Regulations IV.F.)
DRAW FORMAT IS A Feed in Consolation. Players guaranteed 2 matches minimum.
People who are not selected will be automatically placed on the alternate list.
ALTERNATE LIST:
A list of ranked or in some cases unranked players, that did not get a spot in the tournament. Players will be selected from the alternate list if a player from the main draw withdraws from the tournaments. This could take place anytime before the start of your first-round match.
Refund Policy:
Players can withdraw themselves online any time before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here WITHDRAW . No charge is made before the tournament deadline. AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON. There will be no refunds or credits issued once a tournament has started and match play has begun. If the tournament doesn't happen wherein no matches are able to be played at all due to inclement weather, or any other unforeseeable event, a refund for the entry fee (minus the processing fee) will be issued.
Written Verification Requirement for Withdrawals Due to Injury, Illness or Personal Circumstance after selections have been made:
• Illness or Injury: The required written verification of an injury or illness must be from a medical professional and must be received by the tournament no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.
• Personal Circumstance: If the player is withdrawing because of a personal circumstance, the player must deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament, and the Referee will determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
