WHAT IS A SPLITZ TOURNAMENT?
You need a partner to play Splitz.. This is a TEAM event. If you're looking for a partner click the link "LOOKING FOR A PARTNER" when registering. You can also email Lwta10s@aol.com for help in finding a partner.
Doubles: Single set to 6 with a TB to 7 at 6-6.

Singles: 2 short sets to 4 (win by 2) with a 7-point TB at 4-4. 7-point Match TB at one set all.
No-Ad scoring for all matches.
TEAM THAT WINS 2 OF THE 3 MATCHES ADVANCES TO THE NEXT ROUND.
BOTH SINGLES MATCHES MUST BE PLAYED PER ROUND.
Doubles play the first match; followed by second singles and then first singles. Teammates must stay on the court during both singles matches.

Withdrawals and Refunds
After the deadline any withdrawals will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding of this policy. If you must withdraw, please do so on the computer by going to your client profile and withdrawing PRIOR to the entry deadline.
Academies, Groups and Families
If you are playing with a training partner, academy team or group...please advise the Tournament Director in advance so you can be split up in the draw. You can email names to: lwta10s@aol.com. Please note that you must do this BEFORE the draws are published.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Dec 17, 5:59pm EST). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
