• The doubles deadline is Thursday, October 1, 2026 @ 5pm . Even if you registered with a partner online, you must still RE-REGISTER by emailing the doubles pairing to EYair@YellowTennisBall.com .
• If you have a partner, both players must agree to play with each other, please email the team (and division) to Elad Yair at eyair@YellowTennisBall.com (make sure to get a return confirmation email).
• If we do not hear from you before the deadline date, we will NOT place you in the doubles draw . If you do not have a partner, and would like to be paired with another player, please email Elad Yair at eyair@YellowTennisBall.com (make sure you receive a return email confirmation)– we will do our best to pair you with another player (with a similar ranking). Will my junior get in?
Boys' Doubles 14 & under, Boys' Singles 14 & under, Boys' Doubles 16 & under, Boys' Singles 16 & under, Girls' Doubles 14 & under, Girls' Singles 14 & under, Girls' Doubles 16 & under, Girls' Singles 16 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 2?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Sep 17, 11:59am EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

11. ON-SITE ALTERNATES
Players must check-in with the Site Director and be prepared to play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match of the event in which they are an alternate.
• Ordered based on the NSL list that was used for selection (posted online)
• Players that are defaulted because of lateness, will be replaced in the draw if an on-site alternate is checked in and available to play.
• On-site Alternates may be admitted into the singles (or doubles) main draw to replace withdrawing players of players matches.
USTA Eligibility Information: In order to participate in this event, the player must meet the USTA Eligibility requirements that are listed here .
Player Entry and Selection Procedure: This Tournament is part of a Level 2 Tournament Block . Please click here to view the complete policy for multiple entries in a USTA Level 2 Open tournament.
If you want to play in a USTA National Level 2 Tournament but are unsure if you will get in, you may enter up to two different age divisions of up to four sites of USTA National Level 2 tournaments. When selection is done, players are selected for the oldest age division first, based on the most recently published National Standing List of the division of the tournament.
If you are selected into the older age division entered, you will not be considered for the younger age division. If you are not selected into the older age division, you will only be considered for selection into the younger division, and if you are not selected into the younger division, you will only be eligible to be an alternate in the younger division.
Additionally, the computerized selection system attempts to fill the draws based on the first choice of sites of all players. If spots are still open, it looks at the second choice of sites for the remaining players, then the third, and, finally, the fourth. Once a player is selected at one location, they are removed from consideration for other locations they may have registered for. It is VERY IMPORTANT to only prioritize sites you are willing to play. Players will not be selected into two locations.
Those players who have not been selected after all four USTA National Level 2 Tournament draws have been filled shall be placed on the alternate lists at all tournaments for which the players have indicated a preference. The players are ordered on the alternate lists based on the player’s standing on the National Selection List used to select players.
Sportsmanship and the USTA Champion’s Pledge : All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. By participating in the tournament, all players agree to abide by the USTA Champion’s Pledge: “I promise to: Compete with the true spirit of Sportsmanship; Have fun; Always give the benefit of the doubt to my opponent; Manage my emotions and be respectful to my opponent, tournament officials, and parents; Play to win with grace and lose with dignity; Invest time in knowing the rules; Obey the rules and respect the officials’ decisions; Never quit!”
Spectator Oath: All tournament guests, including family members, coaches, and other spectators, must adhere to the USTA Spectator Oath: “I pledge to set a positive example for players, treat fellow parents, coaches, and officials with respect, emphasize the importance of fair play and good sportsmanship, cheer respectfully for winner and good points - not errors and double faults, allow players to work out on-court disputes, and not interfere with matches.”
