Welcome to ESTA Tennis at Sheraton Vistana Resort!
We are excited to host you at our beautiful facility featuring 8 Har-Tru clay courts, 2 hard courts, and a wide variety of dining options both on property and nearby.
Tournament Registration and Draw Information:
Draws and match times will be posted on Friday at noon. You will not receive a confirmation until after the registration deadline. You may register or withdraw without penalty up until the deadline. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline, as draws and schedules will be finalized and posted online.

To view your draws and start times, go to the Draws tab on our website and locate the draw your player is entered in.

Warm-Up Courts:
Warm-up courts may or may not be available depending on match times and the size of the tournament. Please plan accordingly.
Player and Guest Policies:
Players and their guests unfortunately are not allowed to use resort amenities such as the pools, fitness rooms, or activity center amenities unless you are staying on the property. Pets are not allowed inside the resort. When entering the gate of the resort, please inform security that you are attending the tournament. The name of the player should be on their list if you are an active participant in the draw.
Parent Guidelines:
We encourage parents to let their kids play independently. If a dispute arises, please allow the players to attempt to resolve it themselves. If needed, find an official to assist.

Why hasn’t my credit card been charged yet / I need to withdraw?
You have up until the time registration closes to withdraw without being charged. Credit cards are not charged when you register. If you need to withdraw before registration closes, please follow the directions in the link titled “How to Withdraw.” Once registration has closed, your card will be charged and the fee is non-refundable.
What time will the tournament start?
The first matches typically start between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, but that does not mean your match will start at that time. Start times are very dependent on the number of players in the tournament and in your specific draw. We cannot answer this question until we have completed taking entries, compiled the draws, and posted them officially.
How will I know when the draws have been posted?
Typically, the draws are posted on Friday morning by 12:00 PM. Please do not call, text, or email prior to this time asking for your match times. If we have not posted the draws, it is because they are not finalized yet. When the draws are complete and posted, you will find them under the Draws tab. We will also send out an email notification to inform players to check online.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 7?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Wed, Sep 9, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
