MATCH CHECK-IN : The event is held at Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club . This is a gated facility. Please make sure you have an ID to be admitted at the gate. All players must check in (in person) at the on-site Tournament Desk at least 15 minutes early.

Draw times/locations will be posted the day prior to the event.

WEATHER UPDATES . In the event of rain or lightning delays, players should return to their car. Updates will be communicated via the USTA Serve Tennis website pages. We will only change the draws times at night (not during the days if there is a weather issue).

NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED! If you miss the entry deadline of 5:59pm, you will not be permitted to enter this event.

WITHDRAWALS

If there is a withdrawal after the draw has been published, the spot will be replaced by the next alternate if there is an alternate list.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING

This tournament will use the National Combined Standing List for player selection and seeding.

FORMAT OF PLAY - Round Robin play - format to be determined. Each division from start to finish should expect 2-3 hours until completion.

MATCH CHECK-IN : Players are asked to check-in, ready for play, 15 minutes before the scheduled match.

PETS: Pets are permitted but must be leashed at all times.

SPECTATOR SEATING: There is some seating near the courts but please bring your own chair for more comfortable viewing.

NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds after the tournament deadline.

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 7?

The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.

When do we know?
