WAIVER FORM
Parents will be required to complete a waiver form for your child to participate in this tournament. CLICK HERE to download the form. Note that there is a signature area in the middle of the form and an additional initial area in the bottom left corner. Please complete, sign, and email to girlstennis@iolani.org by to Tuesday, September 8. Players will not be able to participate if form is not received.
EVENT START AND END TIMES
Matches will start no earlier than 1:00 pm. If you have any scheduling restrictions, please contact the Tournament Director prior to registration. We'll do our best to accommodate requests.
PLAYER SELECTION
Green Ball Doubles - Entries are limited to 32 teams based on a first come, first serve basis. The Tournament Director reserves the right to increase this limit should court space allow it.

30 minutes before the start of the first match of your round robin.

The event follows the rules and regulations of the USTA Net Generation Play Tracker program.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
The tournament director reserves the right to shorten the format if weather or unforseen circumstances cause significant delays.
PARTNER SELECTION
During the registration process, you have the opportunity to invite another player to be your doubles partner or set yourself as looking for a partner. MATCH FORMAT
There is a 5 minute warm-up before the first round of matches only. There is no break and no warm-up for all consecutive matches. The horn will be blown once to signal the end and the beginning of each match. Players will enter their score together on the score sheets situated on the bench in the middle of both courts at the end of each match. They will then find their next opponent and start the match immediately . Match balls must remain on the same court until the entire round robin is completed.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
Can we enter two divisions?
One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.
When do we know?
