All matches: Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-Point Match Tiebreak in Lieu of Third Set and No-Ad Scoring.

Doubles: Top 32 teams
Doubles Selection:
The selection process will be based on the most recent published National Standing List Combined (NSL) at the time of player selection. The ranking of both players is combined to be used as the team ranking.
Seeding Criteria:
The most recent published National Standing List Combined (NSL) at the time of player selection will be used for seeding purposes in both singles and doubles.
WITHDRAWALS:
Withdrawal request must be sent via email to adam@hawaii.usta.com and must state clearly and in detail the reason for withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal of one player on a team, and if there are no alternate teams, the remaining player is allowed to find a substitute partner as long as the substitute partner does not invalidate the seedings. It is not required that the substitute player already be registered for the tournament.

PLAYERS ARE NEVER PAIRED RANDOMLY.

After the doubles pairing deadline, all players with no partners will remain on the unpaired list, and will not be placed in the draw. Players on the unpaired list will not be charged.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 3?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
