TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The first round of matches will begin Saturday at 11:00 AM.
Depending on draw sizes, Boys' and Girls' divisions will rotate throughout the day as we work through the scheduled rounds.
Our goal is to complete as many scheduled matches as reasonably possible on Saturday while following USTA scheduling and rest requirements.
Play will resume on Sunday beginning at 8:00 AM and will continue until all scheduled matches are completed.
Please continue to check your official USTA draw and match schedule throughout the tournament, as match times may change based on the length of earlier matches, court availability, weather, or other circumstances.
DRAW FORMAT
This tournament will use a Compass Draw format, when draw size permits.
The Compass Draw format gives players the opportunity to continue competing after a loss by moving into another section of the draw.
USTA Level 6 events are limited to a maximum of four rounds per event, and players should review their draw carefully after each match to determine their next scheduled match.
Draw formats may be adjusted when necessary based on the number of entries in an individual division.
MATCH FORMAT
Main Draw / East Draw Matches
Matches will be played as:
Best 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets, with a 10-point Match Tiebreak played in lieu of a full third set.
If players split the first two sets, a 10-point Match Tiebreak will determine the winner of the match.
The Match Tiebreak must be won by a margin of 2 points.
Compass / Consolation Matches
Compass/consolation matches will be played as an:
8-game pro set, with a 7-point tiebreak played at 8–8.
The tiebreak must be won by a margin of 2 points.
Tournament officials reserve the right to modify match formats when permitted by USTA regulations due to weather, scheduling issues, or other circumstances that could prevent completion of the tournament.
CHECK-IN & MATCH TIMES
Players should arrive and check in at the tournament desk 15 minutes before each scheduled match and remain prepared to go on court when their match is called.
Please do not rely solely on the original start time posted when the draw first comes out. Continue checking the tournament schedule and draw throughout the weekend for updates.
Matches may run ahead of or behind schedule depending on the length of preceding matches.
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Once the draws have been published, no refunds will be issued for withdrawals due to personal scheduling conflicts or a player's inability to attend at their scheduled match time, subject to applicable USTA refund regulations.
If a player must withdraw after the draw has been published, please notify the Tournament Director as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Players are responsible for checking their draw, knowing their scheduled match times, and reporting to the tournament desk on time.
All matches will be played according to applicable USTA regulations and The Code.
Good sportsmanship is expected from all players, parents, coaches, and spectators throughout the tournament.
We look forward to a great weekend of competition and to welcoming everyone to All In Tennis Academy — Where Players Are Made!
