YOU CAN ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE AGE DIVISION.
Please follow these instructions on how to invite a doubles partner / accept a doubles partner invitation.
If you are having any issues registering with a partner, you must send a request in writing via text(7075158506) or email to the tournament director to pair the team once both player are registered for the tournament BEFORE ENTRIES CLOSE. WE WILL NOT PAIR UP PLAYERS. A complete registration means you have signed up for doubles AND listed your doubles partner. Both partners must register correctly to be considered for selection.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
To register, each player must sign up with a partner online. When signing up for doubles, BOTH players must list each other as partners.
Match Format
Each player plays one singles match and one doubles match each round. Each team will have a #1 singles player and a #2 singles player based on their ranking.
Singles – Superset to 6 games, 7-point tiebreak at 6 games all, NO AD SCORING
Doubles – Proset to 8 games, 7-point tiebreak at 8 games all, NO AD SCORING
Players may be asked to go right from playing singles to doubles, or vice versa. However, there will also be breaks built into the schedule
Draw Format
4-8 Team Compass Draw - PLAYERS MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY ALL ROUNDS ON SATURDAY.
Scoring:
Each match will be given a scorecard to record both doubles and singles scores once they are sent out to their courts. Each team must oversee the recording of the score(s). You will keep your scorecard until all three matches (1 doubles and the 2 singles) are completed. Once the entire team match is finished, all four players will return the scorecard to the tournament desk.
All matches should play doubles first. Once doubles play ends, you may get a little break(5-7 minutes) but must remain near your assigned courts. Singles play will begin for both players on side-by-side courts or with #2 singles then #1 singles following on the same court. Singles positions will be determined by USTA ranking. For instance, the higher ranked player on one team will play the higher ranked player on the other team. If a player does not have a USTA ranking, then the player that does have a USTA ranking will play in the #1 singles position.
The team that wins 2 out of the 3 matches wins the team match. After each team match, the teams move to a different part of the compass draw depending on the team result. Please note, players earn points based on individual wins and not team wins. Even if a team does not advance in the draw, players receive credit for any individual matches won.

Refund Policy/Withdrawing Before Entries Close :
Players can withdraw themselves online any time before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here: WITHDRAW . No charge is made before the tournament deadline. AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON.

Sportsmanship and the USTA Player Oath : All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. By participating in the tournament, all players agree to abide by the USTA Player Oath: "I recognize that tennis is a sport that places the responsibility for fair play on me. I promise to abide by the rules of the game, which require me to give the benefit of the doubt to my opponent. At all times I shall strive to compete with the true spirit of sportsmanship, recognizing that my behavior on the court is a direct reflection of my character. Whether my matches end with my victory or defeat, I promise to conduct myself in a way that honors my opponents, those who support me, and the game of tennis."
Spectator Oath: All tournament guests, including family members, coaches and other spectators, must adhere to the USTA Spectator Oath: “I pledge to set a positive example for players, treat fellow parents, coaches and officials with respect, emphasize the importance of fair play and good sportsmanship, cheer respectfully for winner and good points - not errors and double faults, allow players to work out on-court disputes, and not interfere with matches.”
