From the tournament desk

Welcome to the 2026 edition of the Vegas Strong Level 5. Last year's event drew 220 players and we are looking forward to another great 2026!

Here are some details on the schedule and plan for the event. Things often change, but we will do our best to keep things in this format:

• Doubles starts at 4pm on Friday, and is usually just one round on that day.

• Singles will start after that, with the biggest divisions needing to get one round in that evening.

• Largest field will be 32 entries for singles, 16 teams for doubles.

• Selections will be based on WTN ranking, with each singles draw capped at 32 players and each doubles draw capped at 16 teams. If you do not get selected orginally, and there are spots in another age group, we can potentially move you up.

• Draws will not be flighted.

• This is a First Match Loss Consolation Event - so everyone is guaranteed two matches. If we have massive fields like we did last year, Consolation rounds will be Eight Game Pro Sets.

• We will have at least one alternate site - Lone Mountain Regional Park - and may be adding a third site as well, based on entries.

Players can play one singles and one doubles division - max two entries total.

Once the entry deadline passes and player selections are made, refunds will not be issued. Thank you.

When people have signed up for doubles without a partner and do not email us partner requests, or note them in the USTA system before fields are set, we will make the pairings. In such cases, we will pair folks up based on the following criteria:

1) Comparative WTN and/or UTR.

2) If that does not led to a pairing, teams will be determined based on date of registration.

3) If that is a tie, coin toss will take place for the pairing.

Will my junior get in?

Boys' Doubles 14 & under, Boys' Singles 14 & under, Boys' Doubles 16 & under, Boys' Singles 16 & under, Girls' Doubles 14 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 5?

A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.

When do we know?

Selections post after entries close (Fri, Sep 18, 2:59pm PDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
