Welcome to the 2026 Wyoming Winter Cup. Located at the University of Wyoming Indoor Tennis Facility. These indoor hard courts are the home of the University of Wyoming D1, Varsity Cowgirl Tennis Team. The facility houses 6 indoor courts.
The University Indoor Tennis Facility now utilises an electronic line system. Players will each have 3 unsuccessful line challenges per set with one extra challenge should they go to a tiebreak. Players must stop play immediately after the call they want to challenge and request the roving umpire or tournament referee to come verify the line call.
Laramie is at an elevation of 7200ft. The courts play fast and the balls will bounce differently than at lower elevations. High elevation balls will be used.

Stringing, hitting partners, practice balls and a ball machine will be available before and during the event.
Registration for this event will be closing 2 weeks before the start. This is to allow for travel plans to be made.

Selection will be released Dec 9th.
Players must be available to play all days their division is playing. NO SPECIAL TIME REQUESTS WILL BE GRANTED.
Withdrawals before December 15th at 5pm MST will be granted a refund, service fees cannot be refunded.
Alternates will be notified of draw selection by Dec 15th, no alternates will be used for withdrawals after the 15th.
Draws will be capped at 12. Singles will be a modified feed-in consolation draw with a 3-4 playoff. Doubles will be single elimination. All main draw matches will be the best of two 6 game sets, with a 7 point tiebreak at 6-6 and a 10 point tiebreak if you split sets. The consolation draw will be the best of two 4 game sets, with a 7 point tiebreak at 4-4 and a 7 point tiebreak if you split sets. Doubles will be an 8 game pro-set.
Players are limited to two events. But realize that entering multiple events may not guarantee that the player will get a full hour rest period between matches.
A district wildcard may be awarded to players who have shown a high competition level and have a strong, high-confidence WTN.
Draw spots and seeding will be determined by National rankings as the list stands on December 9th.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 5?
A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.
When do we know?
