This tournament is an outdoor event. Level 6 events are two-day events. Players should plan to play matches on both Saturday and Sunday.
IMPORTANT SPORTSMANSHIP REMINDERS
All players, parents, and spectators MUST sign the Mid-Atlantic ACES Pledge and players will be REQUIRED to show their Mid-Atlantic ACES Pledge digital medallions or bag tag at check in.
All participants MUST adhere to the USTA Mid-Atlantic Sportsmanship Expectations; including The Do’s and Don’ts of Good Sportsmanship and are encouraged to nominate fellow participants as Champions on and off the court!
Players are expected to play all scheduled matches.

Draw limit: 32
Draws will be compass draws OR round robins depending on the number of players in each event.
Score format: 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4, tiebreak at 4-4) with a 7 point tiebreak in lieu of a third set. No ad Scoring is permitted.
PLAYER SELECTION
Each division will be divided into two draws 16 players. Each draw will be a compass draw. Round Robins could be implememted if numbers are smaller than 16 players.
Waterfall and Seeding will be by Ranking
If divisions are split into multiple groups (e.g. 32 players split into two groups of 16 each), the groups will be waterfalled based on each players’ current position on the Combined National Standing List. WATERFALL is a method of distributing players into separate draws so that each draw or team is of similar overall strength. Seeding for Compass Draws will use each player’s current position on the Combined National Standing List, while Round Robin Draws will not be seeded.

Entry Information:
By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Junior Tournament Regulations . Registrants must review and understand the Mid-Atlantic regulations and all of the tournament notes including the Entry Information section below.
Players are able to withdraw themselves online anytime before the tournament deadline. After the deadline has passed, no refunds or credits will be issued if a player is unable to play for any reason. If no matches at all are able to be played because of inclement weather, or any other unforeseeable event, a credit for the entry fee (minus processing fee) will be issued towards a future outdoor All Court Tennis Academy tournament. There will be no refunds or credits issued once a tournament has started and match play has begun.

Players may only register for one age division
Selection will be based on the most current Combined National Standing List for that age division.
Late Entries: It is at the discretion of the Tournament Director to accept late entries after registration closes and before draws are published; a Tournament Director accepting late entries must post a note on the tournament homepage indicating late entries will be accepted in the order received up until a specified time or the draw is full. Late entries may not be accepted after the draw has been published.

This tournament operates in accordance with the rules and guidelines listed in USTA Mid-Atlantic Regulations, USTA Junior National Tournament, Ranking, and Sanction Regulations, and USTA Friend at Court. By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the MAF Regulations to include meeting sportsmanship expectations, all aspects of fair play, and respecting the game of tennis.

REFUNDS are not required and are at the discretion of the member organization (the provider).
All tournaments shall post a Refund Policy on the tournament homepage. Member organizations are not required to refund players for events affected by inclement weather. The MAF recommends that a credit, or a full, or partial refund be offered to players affected by the cancellation for a future event hosted by that same organization. The shortening or cancellation of events is outlined in the Inclement Weather Policy .
