Draw limits (8 max)

Draws will be compass draws OR round robins depending on the number of players in each event.

Score format: one Superset to 6 games with a 7 point tiebreaker at 6-6. No ad scoring is permitted.

Flighting and Seeding will be by Ranking

If divisions are split into multiple groups (e.g. 32 players into two groups of 16 each), the groups will be flighted based on each players’ current position on the Combined National Standing List (ranking). FLIGHTING is a method of distributing players entered into an event into separate draws so that players of the same level are in the same draw and compete against each other. Seeding for Compass Draws will use each player’s current position on the Combined National Standing list, while Round Robin Draws will not be seeded.

Anticipated Schedule (subject to change):

Level 7 events are one-day events and will take place on Friday evening.

Players will be scheduled for at least 2 matches and no more than 4 matches.

By registering for this event, players and parents are agreeing to be familiar with and abide by all aspects of the USTA Mid-Atlantic Junior Tournament Regulations . Registrants must review and understand the Mid-Atlantic regulations and all of the tournament notes including the Entry Information section below.

REFUND RULE

Players are able to withdraw themselves online anytime before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here (to withdraw) . No charge is made before the tournament deadline. AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS / CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON. If no matches at all are able to be played because of inclement weather, or any other unforeseeable event and the tournament is canceled, a credit for the entry fee (minus processing fee) will be issued towards a future LUVALL Tennis tournament (same level) one year from the day your credit card was charged. There will be no refunds or credits issued once a tournament has started and match play has begun.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By signing up for this tournament, players and families that are selected hereby release LUV ALL Tennis LLC and entire staff from any and all loss, claim, damages, injuries, illness, or liability that may arise from the player's participation in this event. The players and families accept full responsibility for their use of any and all apparatus, facility privileges or services whatsoever, and shall hold LUV ALL Tennis LLC and its staff harmless against any such claims.
