Compass Draw Match Format: ONE set to 6, no ad scoring, with a 7-point tiebreak at 6 games all

Round Robin w/playoff Match Format: One short set to 4, no ad scoring, with a 7-point tiebreak at 4 games all

A withdrawal or walkover may be considered a scheduled match

Maximum of 4 rounds played in the East draw (16-player draws)

Selection is from the “bottom up” using the National Standings List published on the date entries close - Non-ranked or lowest ranked players are selected first

If you are entered in this tournament and also in another tournament scheduled for the same weekend you have violated the concurrent tournament rule. IF YOU ARE ON TWO OR MORE APPLICANT LISTS WHEN ENTRIES CLOSE, YOU WILL BE PENALIZED BY THE MIDDLE STATES OFFICE. If you are on our alternate list and you decide to play in another tournament you must withdraw from our tournament immediately.

Refund Policy:

Players can withdraw themselves online any time before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here WITHDRAW . No charge is made before the tournament deadline. AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON. There will be no refunds or credits issued once a tournament has started and match play has begun. If the tournament doesn't happen wherein no matches are able to be played at all due to inclement weather, or any other unforeseeable event, a refund for the entry fee (minus the processing fee) will be issued.

​Written Verification Requirement for Withdrawals Due to Injury, Illness or Personal Circumstance after selections have been made:

• Illness or Injury: The required written verification of an injury or illness must be from a medical professional and must be received by the tournament no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.

• Personal Circumstance: If the player is withdrawing because of a personal circumstance, the player must deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament, and the Referee will determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.

USTA Suspension Points for Withdrawals:

Any withdrawal (other than for previously authorized entry into concurrent tournaments) that does not meet the written verification requirements described above by the last scheduled day of the tournament (and, in the case of personal circumstances, has also been approved as a personal circumstance by the Referee) will result in the player being levied suspension points, and any match that is not played will be coded as a Default.
