If you are entered in this tournament and also in another tournament scheduled for the same date, you have violated the concurrent tournament rule. If you do not withdraw from our tournament or the other tournament you will be penalized by the Middle States office. If you are on our alternate list and you decide to play in another tournament you must withdraw from our tournament immediately.

MATCH FORMAT:

• 2 out of 3 short sets, no-ad scoring (matches start at 0-0, sets to 4 BY TWO - at 4 games all, a 7 point tiebreak is played-1st to 7 by two). 7 point match tiebreak for 3rd set (first player to 7 by two).

PLAYERS MUST E-MAIL THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WITH THEIR INTENDED PARTNER BEFORE ENTRIES CLOSE IF YOU ARE UNSUCCESSFUL INDICATING YOUR PARTNER ONLINE. WE WILL NOT PAIR UP PLAYERS.

Players can withdraw themselves online any time before the tournament deadline. For instructions on how to withdraw, click here: WITHDRAW . No charge is made before the tournament deadline. AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED IF A PLAYER IS SELECTED AND UNABLE TO PLAY FOR ANY REASON.

Written Verification Requirement for Withdrawals Due to Injury, Illness or Personal Circumstance after selections have been made:

• Illness or Injury: The required written verification of an injury or illness must be from a medical professional and must be received by the tournament no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.

• Personal Circumstance: If the player is withdrawing because of a personal circumstance, the player must deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament, and the Referee will determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.

USTA Suspension Points for Withdrawals:

Any withdrawal (other than for previously authorized entry into concurrent tournaments) that does not meet the written verification requirements described above by the last scheduled day of the tournament (and, in the case of personal

circumstances, has also been approved as a personal circumstance by the Referee) will result in the player being levied suspension points, and any match that is not played will be coded as a Default.
