If you are entered in this tournament and also in another tournament scheduled for the same weekend you have violated the concurrent tournament rule. IF YOU ARE ON TWO OR MORE APPLICANT LISTS WHEN ENTRIES CLOSE, YOU WILL BE PENALIZED BY THE MIDDLE STATES OFFICE. If you are on our alternate list and you decide to play in another tournament you must withdraw from our tournament immediately.

SEEDING IS DONE USING THE NATIONAL STANDINGS LIST (COMBINED).

MODIFIED FEED IN DRAW - CONSOLATION DRAW WILL BE PLAYED TO COMPLETION. A WITHDRAWAL OR WALKOVER MAY BE CONSIDERED A SCHEDULED MATCH.

PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO PLAY ALL THEIR CONSOLATION MATCHES.

3RD AND 4TH PLACE PLAYOFF WILL BE PLAYED

MATCH FORMAT:

MAIN DRAW: 2 OUT OF 3 SETS WITH A 10-POINT MATCH TIEBREAK IN LIEU OF 3RD SET, NO AD SCORING

CONSOLATION DRAW: 2 OUT OF 3 SHORT SETS TO 4, NO AD SCORING, 7-POINT SET TIEBREAK AT 4 GAMES ALL AND A 7-POINT MATCH TIEBREAK IN LIEU OF 3RD SET

Written Verification Requirement for Withdrawals Due to Injury, Illness or Personal Circumstance after selections have been made:

• Illness or Injury: The required written verification of an injury or illness must be from a medical professional and must be received by the tournament no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament.

• Personal Circumstance: If the player is withdrawing because of a personal circumstance, the player must deliver a written description of the situation no later than the last scheduled day of the tournament, and the Referee will determine whether the situation is a personal circumstance.
