2026 USTA Middle States Early Development Orange Ball Camp
The USTA Middle States Early Development Competitive Camps are an essential first step in the USTA Player Development Pathway, designed to bring together talented 10-and-under players who currently compete in Junior Circuit tournaments. These camps offer a unique opportunity for young athletes to practice and compete in a fun, positive environment while earning PlayTracker points through match play. All sessions are led by USTA-trained coaches.
Important : This camp is exclusively for players residing in the USTA Middle States section. Any non-resident registrations will be withdrawn.
Space is limited!
The camp will utilize the USTA Player Development training program, Net Dominator , with a focus on the theme of Responsibility .

Camp Schedule for November 7, 2026:
• 3:55-4:00 PM : Player check-in
• 4:00 PM : Camp begins
• 4:00-4:15 PM : Dynamic Warm-Up (Skipping, heel kicks, side shuffles, speed reaction, complex coordination, etc.)
• 4:15-5:00 PM : Technical and Tactical Development (Drills on continental grip, point play drills to take control, and 5-ball control covering depth, height, direction, speed, and spin)
• 5:00-7:00 PM : Matchplay (Timed singles competition for win points, followed by a team competition)
Note : Tournament directors reserve the right to cap the number of participants based on registration numbers.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
