The draw & start times will be posted by Thursday, December 3 at 9 p.m. Please don't ask for for any match times to be adjusted for personal conflicts.

No Refunds will be given after selections are made.

All matches will be played indoors at Schwartz Tennis Center, 1324 McCormick Road, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING PROCESS:

Selection and seeding will be done by WTN.

DRAW POSTING, SIZE & FORMAT :

All draws will have a MAXIMUM of 16 players singles. Draws and start times posted on Thursday, December 3 at 9 p.m . A modified feed-in consolation will be used in all divisions.

Draws/divisions could use alternative formats depending draw size/player entries.

MATCH FORMAT, COURTS & BALLS:

Singles Main Draw: Boys 12, 14, 16, 18 & Girls 12, 14, 16, 18

Match format will be, no-ad scoring, best 2 out of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Depending on draw sizes in each division, players may play up to 3 matches per day. Play will begin at 8 a.m. each day. Please check the draw for your specific match time. All matches will be played on indoor hard courts using Wilson US Open yellow tennis balls.

Singles Consolation: Boys 12, 14, 16, 18 & Girls 12, 14, 16, 18

Match format will be, no-ad scoring, best 2 out of 3 tiebreak short sets to 4-games with a 7-point match tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Players may play up to 3 matches per day. Please check the draw for your specific match time. All matches will be played on hard courts using Wilson US Open yellow tennis balls.

Match format could be altered if draw size dictates shorter matches. Consolation draws may not be completed.

ALTERNATES:

Due to USTA and tournament sanction regulations we can only have 16 players per division. If we have more registrations than there were spots available for the draw limits, those players placed on the alternates list will be notified if a player in the draw were to withdraw. Alternates have not been charged for the tournament and will only be charged if they are asked to join the draw due to a withdrawal.

POINTS PER ROUND:

This tournament carries with it USTA Level 6 points per round. For more information on ranking points, please click here .

WARM-UP COURTS:

Warm-up courts will be available from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. daily. Warm-up courts on-site will be available after 8:00 a.m. ONLY if a buffer court is available between match courts.

AWARDS:

All 1st and 2nd place in the main draws will receive an award. T-shirts will be given to all participants. Prior to your first match, please pick-up your tournament T-shirt and check in at the recetpion desk in the lobby of Schwartz Tennis Center. After you receive your T-shirt, procede to the tournament match check-in desk, located on the mezzanine level.

COACHING & RULES:

There will be no coaching permitted during matchplay. Coaching may take place prior to the match tiebreaker in lieu of the 3rd set.

All USTA Rules will apply and be enforced. Default and game penalty rules will be applied for lateness.
