TOURNAMENT FEES
If your credit card has been declined, the tournament director will be reaching out to you, and they will have the option to withdraw you from the competitors' list if you do not respond and communicate with them. No refunds after player selection.
DUAL ENTRY
Players are only allowed to be signed up for multiple overlapping events with written consent from both tournament directors. Players who disregard this rule are subject to suspension points.
DRAWS and MATCH PLAY
Player Selections will be published by Wednesday, September 9th at 5pm
Draws will be posted Thursday, September 10th by 5pm
Matches will begin at 4:30pm Saturday September 12th, and conclude by 8:00pm.
TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN
All players must be present 15 minutes before the start of the tournament in the lobby of Birmingham Racquet Club for player meeting.
BREAKS
Players are not guaranteed breaks between rounds for this tournament. Please prepare accordingly.
MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
SINGLES
The 8 players will be split into 2 round robins of 4 players each. Each match will be a timed match of 30 minutes, normal no ad scoring. Each player should try to accumulate as many games as they can in that time. At the end of their 3 matches, the player in each group with the best Head to Head record will be the winner of that group. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be most games won.
Draw formats may change as well as match format based on the number of players. If court availability allows, we may increase or decrease the draw size in any division and/or split divisions into two separate draws.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, you will receive an automated email from the system.
2) You have until noon on day following registration close to pay the entry fee.
3) The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors' list if you have not communicated with them.
4) No refunds after player selection.
PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be extremely limited at the tournament facility, and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. However, there are many indoor tennis clubs in the area that would likely have courts available to warm up at.

Will my junior get in?
Coed Singles 12 & under - Green is full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
