DRAWS and MATCH PLAY
Draws will be posted Thursday afternoon.
Matches will begin Saturday at 12:00 p.m.
PLAYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THEIR MATCH TIMES LISTED UNDER "DRAWS", DIRECTLY ABOVE.
MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Compass Draw. If it is a full draw, all players will get 3 matches. Scoring is 2 short sets to 4, 7 point match tie-breaker at one set all.
Draw formats may change as well as match format based on the number of players.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, you will receive an automated email from the system.
2) You have until noon on day following registration close to pay the entry fee.
3) The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors' list if you have not communicated with them.
4) No refunds after player selection.
WRITTEN NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR WITHDRAWS
After play starts, any player coded as "Withdrawal" or "Walkover" on the draw sheet must submit written verification (email) regarding the reason for withdrawal. The player should provide a detailed description of the reason for withdrawal, and if the reason is not for INJURY, ILLNESS, PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCE (Referee shall determine validity and may reach out for additional details), or previously authorized entry into another tournament, the player is subject to the Suspension Point System ( 2025 FAC pp. 114-119 ). Written verifications should be emailed to the Tournament Director and/or Referee no later than the last day of the tournament to be considered valid.
