PLEASE READ THIS TOURNAMENT INFORMATION PAGE!
This is a 2 DAY INDOOR EVENT where all players are expected to finish this event. This is not a shortened format tournament. We will play 2/3 sets with Matchtiebreak for the 3rd, with Ad. This gets you ready for the next level of play, Level 5 or better, in the USTA Junior system. Friday/Saturday and we will play all day Friday because there is no school.
Attention: If you are a player that may withdraw, for instance, if you are seeded and in the consolation, or from far away and do not want to drive back, please do not sign up. You can see the tentative schedule below and please note, that we may start early and play till late. Please know now that we will be requiring Doctor's notes for ANY withdraws that need to be submitted to us by end of day Sunday when tournament is finished.

GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
• This is a Level 6 Open tournament and is a 2 day INDOOR event. The National Standings List (NSL) will be used for selection and WTN (World Tennis Number) will be used for seeding. WTN FAQ

• Match Format is 2/3 Sets, with Ad and a Match Tiebreak for the 3rd set- NO SHORT SETS!
• TOP 16 players will be selected using NSL, seeds using WTN, alternates by NSL
• Modified Feed-In Consolation, MFIC- if more courts open, may change it to Compass Draw
• USTA Officials will be present unless they are not available whereas we will use Court Monitors
• All participating players will receive a coupon for 15% -50% off shoes, bags and accessories
• Warm-up courts are available first come first served, $15 per half hour (discounted from $34), with no guest fees ($17) . Call College Park East at 847-948-5330 to book.
• Tournament Fees- If you credit card has been declined the Tournament Director will be reaching out to you.
• No Refunds after selections

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Tentative schedule is as follows: Friday/Saturday- we begin as early as 8am (not very likely) and last matches on about 7pm. We will play all day Friday due to no school. The times are broad since we sometimes get some last minute courts. We may need to adjust these times (earlier/later) based on the number of entries and courts available. We always try to keep your matches condensed so you are not spending hours at the club. If you have a conflict , either day, please DO NOT SIGN UP! for our tournament. We will not be able to accommodate any special scheduling and if you don't read this and get selected and can't play, you will not be refunded
ORDER OF PLAY
16 MFIC draw-2 rounds each day for Main Draw, 2/3 rounds for Consolation. We cannot finish the consolation as you max out at 4 matches in a Level 6 and anything beyond doesn't count. We finish Main Draw and stop at the Finals for the Consolation
Format may be adjusted due to the number of players.
ALTERNATES
If and when a withdrawal of a selected player occurs, players on the Alternate List will be moved into the Main Draw, in order of the numbered alternate list. This list is organized by NSL, national standings list, in order of ranking . If you do not wish to play, or are signing up for another tournament, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the alternate list. If we cannot reach you, the spot will be given to the next alternate. Please make sure your email and cell phone number(s) are up to date. If you do not regularly check texts, list more than one phone number
DUAL ENTRY
You are not allowed to sign up for two events that take place at the same time . Please see the link if you have signed up for two tournaments on the same weekend

REFUNDS
No refunds are given once selections are made which is immediately after the deadline. If you need to withdraw before the deadline, you can do that on this site, in your account, under "schedule." We cannot withdraw you while registration is open
WITHDRAWS after selections.
You will have to speak directly with Patty. We frown on withdraws not for us who are hosting but for the opponent who losing the opportunity to play a match. We will be asking for a Doctor note if you withdraw and this is due before the tournament ends on Sunday.
