From the tournament desk

This tournament is open to beginner and intermediate level players looking to get started with USTA Tournaments.

We use a shortened match format and all matches will be completed on Sunday.

All players are guaranteed at least 2 matches.

Draws will be posted by 10:00pm Thursday November 12th

Matches will begin at 9:00am on Sunday November 15th

Players are responsible for checking their match times under “draws” tab above.

MATCH SCORING / DRAW SIZE

Compass or Round Robin draw (dependent on number of players)

Level 7 tournament require a shortened match format to complete the draw in one day. We will use standard set format.

Trophies awarded for 1st and 2nd places in all draws.

ARRIVAL TIME / CHECK-IN

Check in at the tournament desk. Players are expected to be prepared to go on-court a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your match time. You MUST arrive by official match time to avoid penalties

Please make sure the player's contact information in their USTA account is CURRENT so we can email players information if necessary.

OFFICIALS

This tournament will not have USTA officials on site. Tournament Director will enforce all USTA rules.

REFUNDS & WITHDRAWING

NO REFUNDS AFTER PLAYER SELECTIONS. Withdraw BEFORE registration closes is DONE BY YOU ONLINE (not the tournament director).

Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:

1 - Players with no points based on the most recent National Standings List

2 - Players with lowest number of points based on the most recent National Standings List

If there is seeding in the tournament, it will be by WTN.

We will take a maximum of 16 players in each division.

Divisions may be split based on the number of registrations.

What is a Level 7?

The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament. Levels 6 and 7 pay per match won, capped at 4 wins: up to 56 ranking points for winning the flight.

When do we know?
