From the tournament desk
Doubles: Players sitting on the Alternate List for Singles have not been selected to doubles. Priority for doubles selection is given to players who have been selected for singles and are in the draw of singles. All doubles registrants who are not assigned a partner appear on the unpaired list. But please keep in mind, singles main draw players have priority over alternates. We will not pair alternates for doubles.
Players will recieve 30-45 minutes of rest after a doubles match per USTA rules. Please remember doubles is an 8-game pro set with a tiebreak played at 8-8.
We will provide a minimum of 90 minutes rest after each singles match, but will try to give 120 minutes if we can.
Players should plan to play all rounds. If a player withdraws due to injury, illness, or personal cicumstance, please review the procedures below.

Wesselman Tennis Center (Outdoor) - 551 North Boeke Road, Evansville IN. 12 courts, multiple restrooms, clubhouse. In the case of rain, Evansville Tennis Center will be used as indoor back up.

Day 3: Reserved for inclement weather only. If played or scheduled is delayed or impacted on Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to move the event into Monday.
8. PRACTICE COURTS
No reservations allowed. Courts are available at no charge before 8:00 AM outside. Once matches begin play, we cannot gurantee any warm up courts.
9. STRINGING
Stringer is on call. A minimum 24 hours is required to complete the restringing of a racquet.
10. HOTEL INFORMATION

11. ON-SITE ALTERNATES
Must check in with tournament desk by 7:30 AM Saturday morning. On-site alternates will be selected by their placement on the alternate list, not the time they check in.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
Boys' Doubles 12 & under, Girls' Doubles 12 & under, Girls' Singles 12 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 3?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
