After the draw is posted, any withdrawal will not lead to any re-ordering of team members. If a player withdraws after the draw is posted, then the first alternate will be placed on that team.
POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
16-Compass Mixed Dominant Duo. Players will have a singles and doubles match each round. All singles matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tiebreaker in lieu of a 3rd set. All doubles matches are 6-game sets with a 7-point tiebreaker played at 6 all. All matches will be no-ad scoring.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, the tournament director will be reaching out to you, and they will have the option to withdraw you from the competitors' list if you do not respond and communicate with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.
WRITTEN NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR WITHDRAWS
After draws are published, any player coded as "Withdrawal" or "Walkover" on the draw sheet must submit written verification (email) regarding the reason for withdrawal. If the player is not playing because of an injury or illness, the player shall deliver written verification of the injury or illness from a medical professional. If the player is not playing because of a personal circumstance, the player shall deliver a written description of the situation. If the reason is not for INJURY, ILLNESS, PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCE, or previously authorized entry into another tournament, the player is subject to the Suspension Point System ( Friend at Court pp. 115-120 ). Written verifications should be emailed to jrtourney@midwest.usta.com no later than the last day of the tournament to be considered valid. This is in accordance with USTA Regulation IV.C.16.

Practice / Warm-up courts
- Friday courts are available for reservation. You may create an account and reserve online (3 days) early, or call 812-401-6060 to reserve beyond three days early. Practice courts are available for $34.00 per hour. Payment is required at the time of making the reservation.
- Saturday and Sunday: We will have courts available from 6:45 - 8:00 AM. Once matches begin we cannot gurantee a warm up court. Please plan accordingly.

ETC is pleased to offer free Track.Tennis live match streaming! All matches are available for real-time viewing by family and friends free of charge. All tournament matches are recorded and available for to rewatch at no charge. Downloaded copies are available at a nominal fee. Participants accept broadcast permission before play begins. Individual cameras will not be turned off. Failure to accept these terms will result in a match default under the parental choice provision. more info
