Hello Parents,
Orange Ball and Green Ball matches are generally expected to be played between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
However, please keep your child available later in the day in case rain or other weather conditions delay the morning schedule. If necessary, matches may be moved to a later time.
Because tournament times can change due to weather, we do not recommend scheduling multiple events or activities for your child on the same day.

🌤️ Player & Parent Info
This is an outdoor event — please bring a chair, umbrella, sunscreen, hat/visor, and plenty of water for both players and spectators.
Check the draw the day before and again 1 hour before leaving for the tournament.
Know your location, match time, and opponent before arriving.
Check-in: 15 minutes before your match at the tournament desk.
Warm-up: 5 minutes with your opponent before each match.
Bathrooms: Located in the Fitness Building near the courts (COD site).

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Selection: First to register
Singles Format: 2 - 8-Player Compass Draw (If there is an odd number of players, a round-robin format will be used).
Scoring:
• Timed matches (20 minutes)
• No-ad scoring – total games decide winner
• Ties after 20 minutes → 2-of-3 point tiebreaker
Note: May combine into Coed Division if draws are small.

RAIN DELAYS & WEATHER CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
“We do not have an indoor site available in the case of rain.”
Rain Delays
In the event that weather becomes an issue, we will delay all matches until the rain stops and we have time to dry the courts.
Depending on the amount of rain and how unpredictable it is, there may be several consecutive rain delays. .
No refunds will be given for rain delays. The only exception to our "no refunds after player selection" policy is in the event of a weather cancellation, as detailed below.
Weather Cancellation Refund Policy
Canceling the tournament is a last resort. We will only cancel the tournament when the court conditions are not improving.
If the tournament is canceled before a player's first main draw match, the player will receive a refund of $15 less than the entry fee.
If the tournament is canceled before a player's second main draw match, the player will receive a refund of 1/2 the amount $15 less than the entry fee paid.
No refunds are issued once a player has begun their second main draw match--even if it is interrupted before completion. Additionally, no refunds are issued for players in the consolation/ 3/4 playoff bracket at the time of cancellation.
When we cancel a tournament due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to refund the full amount as the USTA Midwest/District takes a portion of all entry fees.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection runs off the ranking list when entries close, and it runs differently at different levels, so whether a junior gets in depends on where they sit in this field. Add their USTA ID and we will tell you.
What is a Junior Circuit?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
