We need three entrants in an event in order to have that event. We may be able to combine divisions so that an event may be held. Draws may also be limited. If we have a large number of applicants, draw sizes may have to be limited.
Players selected and all seeding will be done by World Tennis Number (WTN).
Players will receive an email from the USTA indicating weather they have been selected for the tournament or weather they are an alternate. Alternates will be asked to play if we have players withdraw from the tournament.

SCHEDULE OF MATCHES:
Matches may begin on Friday as early as 5pm.
MODIFIED FEED-IN CONSOLATION DRAW:
Modified Feed-In Draw. Losers of first 2 rounds of the main draw will feed-in to the consolation draw.
SCORING:
Matches are best of three tie-break sets, with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set.

Tournament draws and match starting times will be available on the Wednesday prior to the start date of the tournament after 8:00pm. WRITTEN NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR WITHDRAWS
After play starts, any player coded as "Withdrawal" or "Walkover" on the draw sheet must submit written verification (email) regarding the reason for withdrawal. The player should provide a detailed description of the reason for withdrawal, and if the reason is not for INJURY, ILLNESS, PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCE (Referee shall determine validity and may reach out for additional details), or previously authorized entry into another tournament, the player is subject to the Suspension Point System ( 2022 FAC pp. 113-117 ). Written verifications should be emailed to the Tournament Director and/or Referee no later than the last day of the tournament to be considered valid.
