Matches will be 2 out of 3 short sets to 4 games, no-ad scoring .
At 3-all , play continues and a player may win the set 5-3 .
If the score reaches 4-all , a 7-point tiebreaker will decide the set.
If players split sets, a 7-point tiebreaker will be played in place of the third set.

The tournament will generally be played as a compass draw .
If there are fewer than 8 players in a division , the format may be changed to a round robin .
Schedule:
Younger age divisions will generally receive the earlier start times beginning around 8:00 a.m. , with older divisions scheduled later in the day.
All players should be available from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. because start times may change depending on entry sizes, weather, withdrawals, and other tournament circumstances .
Please do not enter the tournament unless you are available for the entire day.
Selection:
Player selection will be made top-down according to the applicable ranking/selection criteria.
Important:
Please check your USTA draw and match time approximately one hour before leaving for the tournament . Players may withdraw, be added, or have match times adjusted due to weather or other circumstances. The draw will contain the most current information.

Entry & Refund Information
Parents and players, please note that after the entry deadline, refunds are permitted, but $15 will be deducted for USTA and credit card processing fees . Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control.
As another option, you may receive a full credit toward a future tournament to avoid losing the processing fees.
If the tournament has already started and two rounds have been completed before play is canceled , there will be no refunds . We will always make every reasonable effort to complete the tournament.
For this reason, players should plan to be available generally between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for tournament play.
