• No refunds will be given for rain delays. The only exception to our "no refunds after player selection" policy is in the event of a weather cancellation, as detailed below.

Weather Cancellation Refund Policy

• Canceling the tournament is a last resort. An alternate date may be chosen to make it up due to weather

• If the tournament is canceled before a player's first main draw match, the player will receive a refund of $15 less than the entry fee.

• If the tournament is canceled before a player's second main draw match, the player will receive a refund of 1/2 the amount and $15 less than the entry fee paid.

• No refunds are issued once a player has begun their second main draw match--even if it is interrupted before completion. Additionally, no refunds are issued for players in the consolation/ 3/4 playoff bracket at the time of cancellation.

• We truly wish we could refund the full amount when the tournament is canceled before any matchplay, but approximately $15 of each payment is sent directly to the USTA and we cannot refund that portion on our end.

Positive spectator interactions and good sportsmanship will be enforced.

Selection: First come, first served: 16 players selected, co-ed but might be split if we have enough boys and girls

Draw Type: Round robin - plan for 4 matches

Scoring: time based 25/30 minute rounds or 4 game short sets ( depending on # of players) or 4 game short sets

Draws will be posted by Friday night. Entry limit, draw type and number of rounds may be adjusted based on number of players.

Start time 9am-11am, depends on sign up

if want an extended warm up show up earlier, suggested 8:30.

16 players will be allowed per draw.
