This is a Level 7: One Day USTA Sanctioned Tournament B12 and G14 hosted by Tournament Director Nikole Carlson at Troy Racquet Club.
• Tournament Date: Saturday, October 10th, 2026
• Location: Troy Racquet Club, 3400 Civic Center Drive, Troy, MI 48084
• Time: Matches will begin no earlier than 5pm and could end as late at 10pm
• Viewing: Troy is a domed facility with limited viewing, there may be rounds of play during which you cannot see your player. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.

• Draw Size: Maximum 8 Players per Division.
• Scoring Format: 2 short sets to 4 with a 7 point TB at 4-4 and a 7 point TB for split sets. NO ads.
• Tournament Format: Compass Draw, unless less than 8 players register. If less than 8 players, Round Robin.
• Matches: Guaranteed 3 matches
• Player Selection: Bottom up based on NSL rankings. This means players with no USTA ranking will be selected first • Unranked players (no USTA ranking) are selected first.
• Low-ranked players (those with minimal USTA points or entry-level rankings) are selected next, based on availability.
• Higher-ranked players will be selected last, only if spots remain.
• Seeding: Seeding will be completed based on WTN • WTN Explained
• Draws: Draws will be posted by Thursday evening
• Practice Courts: There are no practice courts available. Players will get a short warm-up at the start of play.

Rules:

• Dual-Entry: Players are only allowed to be signed up for multiple overlapping events with written consent from both tournament directors. Players who disregard this rule are subject to suspension points

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 7?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
