From the tournament desk
Pearson Automotive Tennis Club is proud to host the PATC Annual Club Championship for Junior Girls for Singles and Doubles. This event will be held indoors at the Pearson Automotive Tennis Club (4560 S 875 E, Zionsville, IN 46077) on Saturday and Sunday, September 19th and 20th, 2026. This event will be held over two days using an elimination format (though players will play at least two matches).
This Club Championship Event is for MEMBERS ONLY. Non Members who enter will not be accepted into this event, NO EXCEPTIONS! DOUBLES PLAYERS MUST BOTH BE MEMBERS! MEMBERSHIP MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING AND IN EFFECT FOR OVER 1 MONTH.
PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
Players will be selected for the tournament under the following criteria:
• Players must be a member of the Pearson Automotive Tennis Club with active (for over 1 month) memberships (Non Members will not be accepted and both players on Doubles teams must be members)
• Players can only compete in their age group or play up (Max of 1 singles event, 1 doubles event)

• Preliminary rounds and consolation brackets may use short set format, with Semi-Finals and Finals playing 2 out of 3 sets to 6 with a 10 point tiebreak instead of a full 3rd set.
• Partners should try to sign up with their partner at registration.
MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
We will play the event as a First Match Consolation event. Players will play at least 2 matches (should a player lose their first match, they will go to the consolation). If a player wins their first match and then loses their second, they are eliminated.
Format will be adjusted based on final number of registered players. We hope to get everyone at least 2 matches (if players do not withdraw) during the course of the event.
TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, the tournament director will be reaching out to you, and they will have the option to withdraw you from the competitors' list if you do not respond and communicate with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Unsanctioned?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
