Entry fee *includes* VIDEO of player's match if the player chooses to record it. We also have live streaming of matches!
Our tournaments are sponsored by Head/Penn Sports!! ALL participants receive 30% off any HEAD bag, HEAD shoe, or HEAD racquet purchase of in stock items in our pro shop during the tournament!!
DRAW SIZE: 8 players* (In a full draw, this is still 3 matches!) for each division. We require a minimum of 4 players to run that division.
*could be adjusted based on number of entries
NOTE: If we don't have enough players in one division (less than 6) we may cancel it to add another draw in a division that has a lot of alternates (at Tourn Dir discretion). All draws in one division have to use the same format so players get equal points.

TOURNAMENT START TIME: Specific match times will be determined by the number of entries in each draw.*
This tournament is Friday as early as 5:30pm to 11pm and Saturday as early as 12pm to 11pm. Divisions will be staggered throughout the day to maximize efficiency of everyone's time and court availability.
All players will most likely have two matches on either Friday or Saturday. Occasionally a player may have two matches on Fri and Saturday if we do a round robin (i.e. 5 player draws).
Players are responsible for checking their own match times online under “draws” tab above (when tab shows).
ARRIVAL TIME: Check in at the tournament desk. Players are expected to be prepared to go on-court a minimum of 15 minutes PRIOR to the start of any of their match time. Players MUST arrive by official match time to avoid penalties as per USTA rules (see Friend at Court, Table 16 Penalties for Lateness).
DRAW FORMAT: : Compass or round robin**
**based on number of entries. Full draws are normally compass format.
Draws are usually posted by late Wed evening.
We can try to work with players who truly need to arrive a little later *and* who give us enough time to make the adjustment. Please email the Tournament Director several days PRIOR to tournament registration close if you truly have constraints for arrival time. Please do not abuse this privilege!
Trophies awarded for 1st and 2nd places in all draws.
SCORING FORMAT: Normally all matches will be regular scoring (ADS & DEUCES), two out of three sets with a match tiebreaker played in lieu of the third set.**
**could be adjusted based on number of entries. Round robin of 5 players will change scoring format to No AD scoring due to length of the rounds each day.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Mon, Sep 21, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
