Entry fee *includes* VIDEO of player's match barring technical difficulties.

Our tournaments are sponsored by Head/Penn Sports!! ALL participants receive 30% off any HEAD bag, HEAD shoe, or HEAD racquet purchase made in our pro shop during the tournament!!

Scarborough is the only privately owned tennis club in Ohio and surrounding states that has a PlaySight system that offers live straming of events. Grandma can watch her grandkids play tennis from anywhere in the world that has decent internet capability!

Please register for the appropriate "gender division" and not for the CO-ED division. This division is a last resort if we only had a couple of players in girls and in boys then we could put all players in to co-ed and have a tournament. :)

DRAW SIZE: 8 players* (In a full draw, this is still 3 matches!)

*could be adjusted based on number of entries. We may take more if we have a lot of alternates. We must have 4 players in a division to hold that part of the tournament.

SELECTION:

Players will be selected for the tournament on a first come, first served basis.

SEEDING: If we do seed and the kids have WTNs, we will seed by WTN based on highest confidence. Most likely there won't be any seeding.

TOURNAMENT START TIME:

Draws will be posted by Thursday evening midnight.

The tournament will start at 6pm sharp on Saturday.

Tournament should complete the same day by 9:30pm.

ARRIVAL TIME: Check in at the tournament desk. Please arrive 15 minutes before your 1st scheduled match so the Tourn Dir can meet with kids to see if they have questions or need clarification of rules.

Players MUST arrive by official match time to avoid penalties as per USTA rules (see Friend at Court, Table 16 Penalties for Lateness).

DRAW FORMAT: Compass or round robin**

**based on number of entries.

Trophies awarded for 1st and 2nd places in all draws.

MATCH SCORING

Green ball tournaments require a shortened match format to complete the draw in one day. We will use first to 6 games and No-Ad scoring**

**could be adjusted based on number of entries.

Please note that the kids could end of playing 4 matches if there were 5 kids in a division. We'd do a round robin.

This is a LOT of play for Green Ball level so please bring plenty of snacks to keep their energy up!

REFUNDS: No refunds for any reason after the player selection.

Withdraw BEFORE registration closes is DONE BY YOU ONLINE (not the tournament director).
