From the tournament desk
Tournament will begin Friday roughly around 4:30pm and end Sunday late afternoon. Each division will only play two days over the weekend -- either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. If beginning Saturday, start time is roughly 8:30am.
Matches are best two out of three sets with a 10 point supertiebreaker. If draws have high number of participants, consolation matches will be 8 game pro sets. Thus, if tied at 8 games all, players will play a 7 point tiebreaker. Matches will be indoors (8 Indoor Courts) with a comfortable, "homey" viewing area with tables and chairs overlooking 5 courts on one side and 3 courts (newly resurfaced) on the other side.
All players are selected and seeded via WTN. No refunds after player selections are finalized (normally done the Tuesday before the tournament begins). Draws come out the Wednesday or Thursday before the tournament begins. All selections and draws double checked through the USTA. Please check if your child is an alternate. No manual registrations after the Monday 5pm deadline! Please do not withdraw without a doctor's note, for the sake of other players getting 2 matches (value out of the tournament).

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Mon, Dec 7, 4:59pm CST). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
