This event will be held outdoors at The Toledo Tennis Club (Hard Courts)- In the event of rain or darkness matches may be moved indoors to Launchpad Tennis with a shortened match format. ***PLEASE NOTE our indoor courts are available starting at 2pm so matches will be delayed significantly in the case of rain. If you are not able to play late into the afternoon/evening please do not register.

A maximum of 8 players will be selected per draw. Some players may be put on an alternate list which means they were not accepted, but may be invited to play if player(s) pull out of the event.

Please check in :15 minutes prior to ALL match start times. Checking in means you are ready to play and you will be w/in earshot when you are called.

The format will be best of 2 tie-break sets to 4 games (no ad) with a 7 point set tie-break at 4 games all. A 7 point match tie-break will be played in lieu of a 3rd set. If you split sets you can come off the court for 3 minutes, but must begin match tie-break immediately thereafter. You do not need to tell us you split sets.

We do not always have access to officials due to USTA staffing issues. Recently, we have had some issues both on and off the court. Parents: you are here to watch and are not allowed to communicate in any way with players while on the court. If there is a problem and there is not an official please ask the tournament staff for help. If you cannot refrain from communicating with players you may be asked to leave.

- All sales are final once selections are made for the event- there are no refunds for event withdrawal after selections are published. Cards will NOT be charged before selections are made, or if you are not selected or are an alternate for the event. Alternates are not charged unless they are accepted when a player pulls out of the tournament. Please make sure your cc is up to date. Sometimes we charge players and the payment doesn't go thru.

- Selections for the event are made based on this criteria:

Players will be selected by the National Standing List. If you are not selected, you will be placed on the alternates list in order of ranking

For planning purposes, the earliest matches could begin at 1:00pm on Sunday (9/27). Draws will be available by Friday evening (9/25).

All matches will be played on Sunday, so no need to set your whole weekend aside.

Will my junior get in?

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 6?

The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.

When do we know?
