Welcome to the Windy City Tennis Rolling Meadows Level 7 Junior Tournament!
This USTA-sanctioned Level 7 tournament features Boys' 12 & Under and Boys' 14 & Under singles divisions. The tournament will use a Round Robin + Playoffs format, guaranteeing every player multiple competitive matches before advancing to the playoff rounds.
Selection Criteria
Player selection for this Level 7 tournament will follow the USTA bottom-up ranking selection process. Unranked players are selected first, followed by players according to the applicable USTA standings.

• Boys 12 & Under: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

All matches are one set to 6 games and 30-minute time limit. Players must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled start time for check-in and warm-up. We will use bottom-up selection by ranking.
The tournament will be played outdoors at Florey Park Tennis Courts. Tennis balls will be provided, and trophies will be awarded to the Champion and Finalist of each division.
There is no indoor backup facility. If the tournament cannot be completed due to rain or unsafe weather conditions, it will be canceled. Any updates will be communicated through USTA Serve and email.
Weather Cancellation Refund Policy:
Tournament cancellation is a last resort.
Cancellation will occur only when court conditions are deemed unplayable.
Refunds, minus $15 for USTA Midwest/District fees, will be issued as follows:
Cancellation before the first main draw match: Full entry fee minus $15.
Cancellation before the second main draw match: Half of the entry fee minus $15.
No refunds will be issued once a player begins their second main draw match or for consolation/3/4 playoff matches at the time of cancellation.
In the case of inclement weather, the tournament director will monitor the weather during the week and provide updates before selections are made. However, because weather is unpredictable, refunds may be given in the form of tournament credit.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 7?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
