8. PRACTICE COURTS
ECC outdoor practice courts are available on Thursday or Fridayor $12/hour. Indoor court fees are $28/hour plus tax. Please reserve a court by emailing the director or calling the pro shop at 405-348-3120.
During the tournament, outdoor courts will be available from 7-8 am at ECC first come, first serve for warmup with no charge. Additional practice facilities are listed below and have no charge:
Sequoyah Middle School – 1125 E. Danforth Rd, Edmond, OK 73034. Courts available anytime throughout the tournament. First come, first serve.
Cheyenne Middle School – 1271 W. Covell Rd., Edmond, OK 73003. Courts available anytime throughout the tournament. First come, first serve.
9. STRINGING
Racquet stringing will be available at the main site - Edmond Center Court. Cost of labor if you provide your string is $20. Otherwise string prices depend on string type used.

Will my junior get in?
Boys' Doubles 18 & under, Boys' Singles 18 & under, Girls' Doubles 18 & under, Girls' Singles 18 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 2?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Sep 17, 12:00pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the case of inclement weather, there is a possibility we might move play indoors in order to complete the touranment. If this is the case, players will be charged $12 per match that is played indoors. Payment will need to be made in cash with exact change.
DOUBLES INFO FOR REGISTRATION
When selections are made by the Junior Comp staff, they will have to unpair all doubles pairings that registered together online. Due to this, the ONLY way to sign up for doubles is to email us with your partner's name or that you wish to be placed in the blind draw no later than the doubles deadline on Wednesday, Oct 7th at 12 pm noon (central time). An email is required from both players on the doubles team. Email lisa@edmondcentercourt.com.
ONLINE WAIVERS

Warmup Courts: Any courts booked prior to the tournament sanction period will need to be reserved and paid for. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy as well. Outdoor courts are $12/hour and indoor courts are $28/hour. Practice courts will be available starting at 7 am during the tournament at no cost. These courts are first come, first serve. If additional practice courts are needed you can use Sequoyah or Cheyenne middle schools.
Inclement Weather
The tournament has access to limited indoor courts and if the tournament committee decides some matches need to be moved indoors in order to complete the event, players will owe an additional fee of $12 per player per match that plays indoors. Edmond Center Court and Oak Tree Country Club are the backup indoor rain facilities.
Pet Policy: We love your pets but if you bring them to the tournament, please do not bring them inside of the City of Edmond/Edmond Public Schools building and pro shop.

PRACTICE COURTS
Edmond Center Court will open at 7 am each morning of the tournament for warm up. This is first come, first serve. Players are expected to share courts. If you require additional practice courts throughout the tournament, you can use Sequoyah Middle School or Cheyenne Middle School. Addresses are on the website. If you wish to book an outdoor court on Friday, October 6 or anytime before the tournament sanction period at Edmond Center Court, the cost will be $12/hour. If you wish to book an indoor court for warmup at any time, the fee is $28/hour.

All withdraws after the deadline must be submitted through email. We cannot accept withdraws via phone. They must be in writing. Send to lisa@edmondcentercourt.com. PUBLISHING THE DRAW
Draws will be made Tuesday noon on the Tuesday before the tournament starts. The draw will be made at Edmond Center Court. The draw will be published online Friday, October 9th at 10 am. Players are responsible for going online to review the draw and find their scheduled match time. Play for the tournament begins Saturday morning at 8 am.
