ENTRY PROCESS:
Players Must Enter With Partner: Please note, although registration for singles is not required, singles will still be played at this event. To register, each player must sign up for doubles with a partner online. When signing up for doubles, BOTH players must list each other as partners. A complete registration means you have signed up for doubles AND listed your doubles partner. Both partners must register correctly to be considered for selection.

1. DRAW, SCORING FORMATS, DRAW PUBLICATION, EARLIEST MATCH START TIMES
DRAW FORMAT
The draw is 16 teams. Each team will have a #1 singles player and a #2 singles player determined based on their standing on the most recent National Singles Standing. In a compass draw by teams, each team match consists of a doubles match, a #1 singles match, #2 singles match. The team that wins 2 out of the 3 matches wins the team match. After each team match, the teams move to a different part of the compass draw depending on the team result. Please note, players earn points based on individual wins and not team wins. Even if a team does not advance in the draw, players receive credit for any individual matches won. Each team will be guaranteed four team matches, unless the draw is not full for reasons such as teams withdrawing due to injury, illness, or personal circumstance.
SCORING FORMAT
Singles: 2 out of 3 with match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. Doubles: 8-game pro set, no ad.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 3?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Aug 20, 10:59am CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

7. SCHEDULE OF PLAY
2 team rounds will be played on Saturday and 2 team rounds will be played on Sunday. Play is expeted to last until late afternoon/early evening on Sunday. Monday is used for a backup date in case we get delayed.
DRAWS PUBLISH
Draws will be made on Tuesday, September 8th but will not be published until Friday, September 11th at 10am
8. PRACTICE COURTS
ECC outdoor practice courts are available on before the tournament begins at $12/hour. Indoor court fees are $28/hour plus tax. Please reserve a court by emailing the director or calling the pro shop at 405-348-3120.
During the tournament, outdoor courts will be available from 7-8 am at ECC first come, first serve for warmup with no charge. Additional practice facilities are listed below and have no charge:
Sequoyah Middle School – 1125 E. Danforth Rd, Edmond, OK 73034. Courts available anytime throughout the tournament. First come, first serve.
Cheyenne Middle School – 1271 W. Covell Rd., Edmond, OK 73003. Courts available anytime throughout the tournament. First come, first serve.
9. STRINGING
Racquet stringing will be available at the main site - Edmond Center Court. Cost of labor if you provide your string is $20. Otherwise string prices depend on string type used.

Email lisa@edmondcentercourt.com that you are requesting to be an on-site alternate. On site alternates will be required to checkin with the tournament desk 15 minutes prior to the gender start time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the case of inclement weather, there is a possibility we might move play indoors in order to complete the tournament. If this is the case, players will be charged $12 per match that is played indoors. Payment will need to be made in cash with exact change or Venmo. Please come prepared.
ONLINE WAIVERS
