In order to be considered for this tournament, you must have a partner before the entires close. Please follow the below instructions carefully:
After registering for the tournament and paying your entry fee, you will be taken to the "Communications" step where you will see "Assign doubles partners" under the notifications area. Click the "Assign" button next to your name. You will be given three options here: 1. Tournament Director to assign partner 2. Partner has not yet registered 3. Names of players that have already registered. Select either option 2 or 3, click save changes, and then save at the bottom. The tournament director will NOT assign partners for this tournament.

In a compass draw by teams, each team match consists of a #1 singles match, #2 singles match, and a doubles match. The team that wins 2 out of the 3 matches wins the team match. After each team match, the teams move to a different part of the compass draw depending on the team result. Please note, players earn points based on individual wins and not team wins. Even if a team does not advance in the draw, players receive credit for any individual matches won. Each team will be guaranteed four team matches, unless the draw is not full for reasons such as teams withdrawing due to injury, illness, or personal circumstance.

Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 3?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Aug 20, 10:59am CDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

This tournament is scheduled to be played the first two days of the sanction period. Day 3 will only be used if we run into significant rain delays.

Practice/Warm up courts
We will have warm up courts at our site before match time. Gates will open at 7:00am each day. Play will begin as early as 8:00am
Additional practice courts are located at Memorial Park at located at 1150 NW 36th St. 3.2 miles east of the Tennis Center. All OKC Tennis center courts will be available free of charge the friday before the tournament.
Ice/Water
We have an ice machine in our new pro shop. It may not keep up with the demands of this tournament. We ask that players fill up their water jugs with ice in the morning from their hotels or homes. We will have ice water located near the tournament desk each day.
Stringing
We will have stringing services available on site before and during the tournament.
Head Referee
Dean Richardville will be our referee for this event. All officials will be USTA certified officials.

We expect extremly hot weather on Satuday. I have added an extra 30 minutes to the schedule to help the players recover between the morning and afternoon matches.These times are already reflected on the draw. PLAYERS, PLEASE COME TO THE TOURNAMENT FULLY HYDRATED! And continue to drink fluids throughout the day.
Please fill up your water jugs with ice from home or your hotel. We do have an ice machine, (located in the new pro shop) but it may not be able to keep up with the demands of this tournament. We will be giving out a free bottle of gatorade for players during the day.
Play
The first player listed in the team name is the #1 player. The #1 player must always play the other teams #1 player.
Each team match will start with doubles (8 game NO ADD Pro Set). After doubles each team should report your scores, use the restroom, and refill their water. Singles (best of 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreak played for the 3rd set) should start within 10 minutes of the conclusion of doubles .

Players may choose ONE of the following options, but NOT both:
• OPTION 1: Enter any ONE (1) division of TWO (2) concurrent USTA National Level 3 Tournaments (this may be a different division in each tournament); OR
• OPTION 2: Enter TWO (2) divisions of ONE (1) USTA National Level 3 Tournament
If you register for 2 locations (option 1), do not forget to prioritize your locations . You can do so during the registration process or you can manage your registration in your USTA Profile. For players who register for 2 locations but do not prioritize, the system will auto-prioritize as follows:
• When the player registers for their first tournament it will be set as priority 1.
• When the player registers for their second tournament by default it will be priority 2 unless they change the order.
**SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING DOMINANT DUO TEAM FORMAT LEVEL 3s**
Due to the team nature of Dominant Duo events, players who register will have this tournament defaulted to their first preference. The system will not ask you to order this event. Please note that you may do one of the following as it relates to Dominant Duo L3s:
• Apply for two (2) Dominant Duo L3s
• Apply for one (1) Dominant Duo L3 and one (1) other L3
• Apply for one (1) Dominant Duo L3
Players will not be selected into two locations.
