Inclement Weather
If the grass courts are “closed,” the tournament will not be held. This is due to the unique experience that we aim to provide and the court constraints that occur when the grass is not playable. If we have to cancel, entry fees will be returned minus the USTA registration fee
Draw Sizes
The boys' and girls' divisions will limit draws to 16 players. If a division exceeds the limit, we will consider expanding entries for that division if the other division has not reached capacity.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
Boys' Singles 14 & under is full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 6?
The entry point of USTA junior tennis. One or two days, local, no ranking needed to enter, and every win earns ranking points. The right first tournament.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Sun, Sep 27, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
