USTA New England Withdrawal Policy
Players who need to withdraw from a USTA New England tournament, anytime after the tournament’s registration deadline, must follow these steps:
Send email confirmation and voice message of the withdrawal to the Tournament Director at least three hours before your first match of the day. Players who fail to contact the Tournament Director to withdraw at least three hours before the start of their first match (main draw or consolation) will be issued five suspension points for a default no-show. Note: Suspension points will not be accessed if you follow proper protocol and withdraw prior to the registration deadline.
File the withdrawal with the USTA New England Office through use of this form immediately. This will allow the office to track withdrawals and player participation while helping to inform future decisions about updated policies.
Suspension Point Appeals:
Appeals can be made to the USTA New England Grievance Committee by filing this form . All appeals must be submitted in writing by the party within fourteen (14) days of the date the suspension points were issued. Appeals filed after this time will not be accepted or considered unless a time-filing waiver is approved by the Chair of the Committee.

Questions parents ask
Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 3?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Wed, Sep 16, 5:59pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
