Tournament Overview: Super Series are “Open” level-based singles tournaments that group players by their ratings into four compass draws of 8 players in each division. A total of 32 players are selected for each division. The intent is to put players in a draw with similarly skilled opponents to maximize competitive match opportunities, and the tournament is intended for advanced players. It is highly recommended that players first have success at Level 5 Tournaments before competing in Level 4 Tournaments.
Residency in NorCal is NOT required; players from any Sectional Association may enter this tournament. Additionally, this tournament is only open to US Citizens and certain authorized non-citizens. If you have any questions about eligibility, please contact the Tournament Director.

Competition Information:
This is “Open” Level 4 Tournament. Residency in NorCal is NOT required; players from any Sectional Association may enter this tournament.
• The draw is limited to 32 players in each division; an ordered alternate list will be published for events that exceed this number. Players will be flighted into four 8-player compass draws in each division. If the draw is full each participant will play 3 singles matches. If fewer than 32 players enter, not all players may be selected.
• Players will be selected, flighted and seeded using the new ITF World Tennis Number (WTN).

• Some players will have one match on Saturday and two on Sunday; some will have two on Saturday and one on Sunday.
• All matches will be the best of 3 Tiebreak sets and will use Regular Scoring. Note that in the event of inclement weather the USTA Regulations permit the Referee to shorten the match format from those described below.
• Draws with start times will be posted no later than 10:00 am the Wednesday before the start of the tournament.
• This tournament has been designated to count for USTA Level [4/5] Ranking and uses the Flighted Draw Ranking Table.
• Awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each draw.
• Regardless of the reason for the withdrawal, refunds will not be given after 12:00pm on Friday following the Entry Deadline.
