The singles draw size is limited to 8 players with the option to expand to 12 or 16, however the event must have at least four entries to be played as a round robin.
Singles Draw Format:
• The number of players entered in an event will determine the draw format:
• a round robin will be played if 4 entries are received.

Selection for Singles Draw:
Players will be selected in the order their names appear on the most recently published National Standings List of the division . All players not selected will be placed on an Alternate List. Only 10 alternates will be keep on the list.
Singles Seeding:
Singles seeding will be done using the most recently published Singles Seeding List of the division.
AWARDS :
1st and 2nd place finishers will be given to round robins and draws of 8 players.
CHECKING-IN
Players should check in to the tournament desk 15 minutes prior to each match. Players will be penalized per USTA Friend at Court rules for being late and defaulted if 15 minutes late for a scheduled match.

Singles Main Draw
Best of 3 Tiebreak Sets with a 10-point Match Tiebreak played in lieu of a 3rd Set.
Singles Consolation (NO AD)
Best of 3 Short Sets (4 games set win by 2)with a 7-point Match Tiebreak played in lieu of a 3rd Set.
Refund Policy
• No refunds once registration closes and you have been selected.
• If tournament is canceled after registration closes, but before the actual start of the tournament, you are entitled to a full refund, minus the non-refundable USTA and Serve Tennis fees.
• If you play in at least 2 matches, no refund is due. Matches won by withdrawal, walkover, or default are considered as a match - per USTA.
• If tournament is canceled after registration closes, but before the actual start of the tournament, you are entitled to a paid refund, minus the non-refundable USTA and Serve Tennis fees.
