Singles format - Best 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a full 3rd. 32 Player Full Feed-In Draw through the R16 with playoffs for 3rd and 5th places, consolation to be played to completion.
Doubles format - 8 game sets with no-ad scoring (tie-break at 8-8). Singles elimination with a playoff for 3rd place.
5-minute warm-up will be enforced throughout the tournament.
Draw publication - The draw will be made on Tuesday, October 13th. The draw will be published no later than the end of the day on Thursday, October 15th.
Start times
Saturday not before 9AM Doubles round of 16, Double QF to follow. Singles round of 32 will begin not before 10:30AM. Singles round of 16 and consolation round 1 to follow. All play is expected to be completed around 8PM
Sunday not before 9AM Doubles SF. Also not before 9AM Singles QF and consolation round 2. Singles SF, 5th/6th place playoff semifinals, and consolation QF to follow. All play is expected to be completed around 6PM
Monday not before 9AM Doubles Final and 3rd/4th playoff. Also not before 9AM the Singles Final, 3rd/4th playoff, 5th/6th playoff, and consolation SF. Consolation final to follow. All play is expected to be completed around 5 PM.
2. TOURNAMENT SITES & AMENITIES
12 outdoor courts and 10 on-site indoor courts will be used as a backup in case of inclement weather. Vending machines on site, and over 25 restaurants within 10-minute walking distance.

5. OFFICIALS
It is the intention of the tournament to meet the officiating requirements mandated by USTA.
The tournament desk will always be staffed to help answer questions and help with any issues on the court and will have direct communication with the tournament director as needed.
One roving official per every four courts. Chaired matches for the singles final, singles semi-finals, singles ¾ playoff, and doubles final.

Will my junior get in?
Girls' Doubles 18 & under, Girls' Singles 18 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 2?
USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.
When do we know?
Selections post after entries close (Thu, Sep 17, 12:00pm EDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.

8. PRACTICE COURTS
• Practice courts Saturday-Monday will be assigned by the tournament director.
• Practice courts prior to the start of the tournament can be purchased by calling the front desk at 612-625-1433. Indoor courts are available at a public junior rate of $26 per hour + applicable sales tax on weekdays before 2 PM and $38 per hour + applicable sales tax after 2 PM and ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday. Outdoor courts are available at a public rate of $12 per hour + applicable sales tax. During the tournament, practice courts may not be available. Please check with the tournament desk when on-site to inquire if courts are available for practice and warm-up purposes.

9. STRINGING
A stringer will always be on-site during business hours. We are able to turn around any racquet within 24 hours. For most requests, we are able to complete them in a couple of hours. If players provide their own string, we charge only $21 per racquet. If you require string, we carry a wide variety of synthetic string brands. 11. ON-SITE ALTERNATES
PLEASE REPORT TO THE TOURNAMENT DESK 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE FIRST MATCH IN YOUR DIVISION .
If a spot becomes available, alternates will be selected based on their position on the posted alternate list.

Water is available at all levels of Baseline and will also be available at the tournament desk.
Baseline does not have a towel service on-site, please bring your own court towels.
