SCHEDULING:

Please expect Friday matches when you enter this tournament. We'll try to begin matches as late as possible on Friday, but will not be able to accommodate starting time requests.

PLAYER SELECTION PROCESS:

Draw sizes are limited to 16 players. Players will be selected by the date of registration.

LATENESS POLICY:

(If one player or team is late)

1. 5 minutes or less: Loss of toss plus 1 game

2. 5:01-10 minutes: Loss of toss plus 2 games

3. 10:01-15 minutes: Loss of toss plus 3 games

4. More than 15 minutes: Default

REFUND POLICY:

Once the deadline has passed no refunds will be given if a player is selected for the tournament. If you want to withdraw and not be selected, then you need to do so before the deadline.

Will my junior get in?

Boys' Doubles 12 & under, Boys' Singles 12 & under, Boys' Doubles 14 & under, Boys' Singles 14 & under, Boys' Doubles 16 & under, Boys' Singles 16 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 5?

A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.

When do we know?
