Sportsmanship and the USTA Champion’s Pledge : All participants shall familiarize themselves with The Code which is meant to be a guide to fair play. LATENESS POLICY:

1. 5 minutes or less: Loss of toss plus 1 game

2. 5:01-10 minutes: Loss of toss plus 2 games

3. 10:01-15 minutes: Loss of toss plus 3 games

4. More than 15 minutes: Default

REFUND POLICY:

Once the deadline has passed no refunds will be given if a player is selected for the tournament. If you want to withdraw and not be selected, then you need to do so before the deadline and players are selected.

SCORING FORMAT

Timed matches or 2 short sets to 4 with deciding game at 3-3 . 7 pt tie-breaker at one set all, NO AD (Scoring format subject to change depending on the tournament numbers).

NOTES TO PARENTS

Make sure the players check in for each of their scheduled matches

Both players should come together to report the match scores immediately after leaving the court

Please arrive 30m before your scheduled match time.

Will my junior get in?

No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Junior Circuit?

USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.

Can we enter two divisions?

One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.

When do we know?

Selections post after entries close (Thu, Oct 22, 2:59pm PDT). Draws usually post the week of the tournament. Text Coach Ace and we will tell you the moment either one lands.
