Be a part of history! Join us for one of the longest-running tournaments in SoCal, the 110th Annual Dudley Cup National Level 5. This tournament is accepting 16 TEAMS per division. This is a separate tournament from the Dudley Cup Marc 21/22. MATCHES WILL BE 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring, 10pt tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set.

MATCH FORMAT: Two tiebreak sets, 10-points match tiebreak at one set all. REGULAR scoring
To maximize ranking point potential, all divisions will have a playoff match for 3rd & 4th(losers of semis) place with trophies for 1st and 2nd place and medals for 3rd and 4th place.

• Christine Emerson Reed Park , (CERP ON DRAW) .PARKING at CERP- there is metered parking on Wilshire, Lincoln, 7th and California. READ THE METERS, they have limits(all different) and some are free after 6. There is residential street parking, read those signs as well for any possible restrictions. There is a public parking lot at the SANTA MONICA PUBLIC LIBRARY 2 blocks away.
• SANTA MONICA HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS COURTS -(SMhs ON DRAW) Use the hyperlink , do not use the address of Santa Monica High School. There is usually ample outdoor parking adjacent to the courts in the parking lot. DO NOT PARK IN THE INSIDE GARAGE- you may have your car locked in. If there is a school event and there is not parking at the courts, there is a very reasonable PUBLIC PARKING LOT on 4th Street between Olympic and Civic Center. It's a short walk up Olympic to the courts from there.
• OCEAN VIEW PARK TENNIS COURTS-(OV on draw) 2701 Barnard Way, Santa Monica 90405. There is limited meter parking on street, short term beacj parking across from the park and more metered parking in city lot
• LEVEL 5 SELECTION PROCESS
The Junior Competition Committee has voted to have the USTA So Cal staff responsible for L3 closed, L4 open & closed, and L5 selection using National Standings List (NSL) and seedings using a Computerized List Method (As of January 1, 2023, the JCC will utilize WTN as its computerized list). USTA So Cal staff will select 15 top NSL and up to 1 Wild Card. USTA So Cal staff and Tournament Director will determine the Wild Cards. Will my junior get in?
No draw is full yet. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 5?
A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.
Can we enter two divisions?
One event per player at this tournament. Pick the age group that matches your junior's birth year, or the one up if they are ready for it.
When do we know?
