Each division will have a different match format depending on how many players are entered in each. it will be a format that will last 2 to 3 hours per division.

MAKEUP DATES & REFUND POLICY

No refund is required beginning six days before the start date of the tournament or after selection is made, whichever date is later, if you withdraw from the tournament.

In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to complete the tournament in its entirety by changing the match or scoring format, if necessary.

If the tournament is shortened or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be offered.

If the tournament is canceled entirely prior to the player’s first match being completed, the player will be entitled to a 50% refund (after deducting USTA electronic fees), as the tournament has already incurred administrative and organizational expenses.

Once a player’s first match is complete, they are not entitled to a refund. Receiving a withdrawal/ default/ walkover counts as a match played as players receive ranking points.

The fee for electronic entries is not considered a part of the entry fee and is non-refundable.

Players may not make up matches after the last sanctioned day of the tournament without prior written approval of the Sectional Association. Makeup dates will only be permitted if the original duration of the tournament is less than the maximum number of days allowed for that tournament level per the USTA Regulations.
