CHECK-IN INCLUDES (1) TURNING IN A COMPLETED AND SIGNED USTA MEDICAL RELEASE WAIVER OR SHOW EMAIL CONFIRMATION, AND A COMPLETED AND SIGNED CLAREMONT CLUB WAIVER. (2) YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN A TOURNAMENT A WRIST BAND. THE WRIST BAND MUST BE SHOWN AT THE TOURNAMENT DESK TO SHOW YOU HAVE CHECKED IN. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON COURT WITHOUT THE COMPLETED WAIVERS. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO SHOW THE WRIST BAND FOR ENTRY INTO THE CLAREMONT CLUB OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT ANOTHER WAIVER. PARKING; PARKING WILL EXTREMELY IMPACTED ON SATURDAY MORNING. BETWEEN 7-11 AM THE CLUB PARKING LOT IS RESERVED FOR MEMBERS. WE ASK THAT TOURNAMENT PLAYERS ARRIVING BETWEEN 7 -11 AM PARK ON CLAREMONT BLVD OR ACROSS AT GRANITE CREEK COMMUNITY CHURCH WHICH IS ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE CLUB.

1. DRAW, SCORING FORMATS, DRAW PUBLICATION, EARLIEST MATCH START TIMES

Singles format - 32 draw FIC through round of 16, 2 sets regular scoring 7pt tb at 6-6, 10 pt match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set

Doubles format - 16 team draw, single elimination, 1 set to 8 no add scoring regular tb at 8-8

Draw publication - We plan to published the draws by Thursday evening 10/9/2025. NO later than Friday morning.

Start times - doubles will be scheduled first on Saturday 10/4 startinging at 10 A.M. Singles to follow.

• Doubles entry: All Players wishng to play doubles should email Barryfriedman10s@gmail.com.prior to 11:00 A.M. Thursday 26/2025. Both players from a team must email confirmation, EVEN PLAYERS WHO SIGNED UP AS A TEAM DURING REGISTRATION. All players are automatically unpaired during the selection process. Players who are listed as teams on the current tournament web site have completed this process. Players without partners may also email requesting help finding a partner. We will do our best to pair players who email us asking to play doubles, but there is no guarantee.

Will my junior get in?

Girls' Doubles 14 & under, Girls' Singles 14 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.

What is a Level 2?

USTA junior tournaments run from Level 7 (local, open to anyone) up to Level 1 (national). Lower number, stronger field, more points.

When do we know?
