There will be playoffs in all singles divisions. Losers in the Semi Finals will have another match to play for 3rd and 4th place.
Tournament Ball: Pro Penn Extra Duty
Scoring Formats: Singles 2 out 3 sets; regular scoring with a Super TB if split sets. Doubles: Pro set, regular scoring.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER DIVISION : 32 PLAYERS PER DIVISION. There will not be any consolation matches as doubles is offered for free.
ALTERNATE POLICY
Should a player withdraw from the draw, we will fill the spot with an alternate (without affecting seeding). We will not fill alternates after 5PM on Friday.

The Knowlwood Summer Classic Level 5 Junior Tournament is scheduled for July 11-13. This is the largest annual junior tournament in the Santa Barbara area and the local community is looking forward to once again hosting this outstanding event. There is a "NO PET" policy at Knowlwood Tennis Club.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
There will be no consolation singles draw but, instead, doubles will be offered at no extra charge to anyone registered in the singles draw. Players that want to enter the doubles draw only and not play singles pay $25 per entry. Players are responsible for finding their own doubles partner.
Players may sign up for a MAXIMUM of one singles and one doubles event. If you are entered in more than one singles or more than one doubles at the entry deadline, you will be removed from the younger division prior to selection.
DOUBLES PAIRING
Players must pair themselves and sign up with a partner as the tournament director will not be responsible for making doubles teams. It's VERY IMPORTANT to pair with your partner when entering in doubles. Your registration is not complete until BOTH players confirm and you receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL! If you want to find a partner, please see link and set yourself as "looking for partner."

Will my junior get in?
Boys' Singles 14 & under, Boys' Doubles 16 & under, Boys' Singles 16 & under, Boys' Doubles 18 & under are full; the rest have room. Selection is by ranking list, so a junior with no ranking can still get in when a draw is not full, and goes on the alternate list when it is.
What is a Level 5?
A district-level event. Bigger draws, ranking matters for selection, points per win are higher than Level 6.
When do we know?
